- We communicate your phone number to our carrier who will contact you directly via text when your parcel is shipped. You may also be contacted in case of any issues with your delivery.
- We may need to check your contact details with your bank before we ship your items and this may slightly delay your delivery date.
- Occasionally, for orders being delivered outside the European Union, you may experience delays due to customs checks.
- We aim to meet these delivery times but during the global pandemic COVID-19 deliveries may take a little longer, thank you for your patience.

Domestic + International Shipping
Please ensure to enter the correct and verified address when purchasing an item. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been submitted due to security reasons. If you provide the incorrect address and we ship to that address, you the customer, are responsible for any fee’s that are associated with any redelivering. All orders are shipped with DHL. Customers will be provided with a tracking number once your shipping label has been printed. If you buy a pre-order item, your package will be sent by the pre-order date regardless of the date your shipping label is printed.
Please be aware that any shipment outside of the The Netherlands / Europe may acquire import, customs, or tax fees. With that being said, the payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer. Also note that any lost or damaged packages (that has been shipped to a 3rd party shipping company for international shipments) will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstances is Rachid de Wind responsible for any fees your bank or an intermediate bank will charge. Please check with your bank if they charge any fees with international bank transfers to a Dutch / European bank account.
Due to COVID-19 government restrictions, we are temporarily unable to deliver to the below countries. This list is subject to change as new restrictions are implemented. If you’ve placed an order, and live in a country currently restricted, your order will be held until services are re-established.

After your order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
We ship to the address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Taxes and Duties
The prices of products are expressed in Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.
All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
Rachid de Wind cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
We value sustainability and creating a planet with as little as waste as possible. For this reason, all sales are final and returns will not be accepted.
